Defend Puppies.

Defeat Parvo.

Trutect® (Canine Parvovirus Monoclonal Antibody) has shown to be effective in treating active canine parvovirus (CPV) infections and as a prophylactic therapy in puppies (8+ weeks).¹

Did you know that National Parvo Awareness Day happens every year on the 4ᵗʰ Tuesday in April?

  • In 2024, National Parvo Awareness Day was declared to help bolster Elanco's mission to help save puppies from deadly canine parvovirus.
  • Thank you for your continued commitment to providing the best care for your furry friends and for helping save puppies lives with Trutect.

Together, let’s recognize this day through increased education to raise awareness of parvo's risks and symptoms.

How to Protect Your Pets from Parvovirus

Vaccinations are key! The best defense against parvo is vaccination. Talk to your veterinarian about getting your pets all the vaccinations they need to live a longer, happier life.

The Trutect Difference

Trutect is the first and only targeted treatment for parvo and may help your pup feel better, faster.1

It is one dose. It is proven effective. It may help dogs get home sooner.1

Trutect is used in addition to supportive care.

Traditional supportive care for parvovirus includes fluid therapy to help with dehydration, antibiotics to prevent secondary infections and other medications to relieve vomiting, nausea or pain.
