How to apply Profender^TM

1. Step

Remove one tube from blister packaging. Hold tube in an upright position, twist and pull off the cap.

2. step

Turn the cap over and place the other end of the cap onto the tip of the tube. Twist the cap to break the seal and then remove the cap from the tube.

3. step

Part the hair on the cat’s neck at the base of the skull until the skin is visible.

4. Step

Place the tip of the tube on the skin and squeeze firmly several times to empty the contents directly onto the skin. Apply only onto intact skin.

HUMAN WARNINGS: Not for human use. Keep out of reach of children.

Care should be taken to not allow children to have prolonged contact (for example by sleeping) with treated cats for the first 24 hours after application of the product.

The active ingredients in Profender™ are absorbed topically through your cat’s skin, reaching the intestinal tract to kill worms. Safe to use in pregnant and lactating cats.
: Profender™ comes in two different sizes based on your cat’s weight:

Medium, for cats weighing 2.5 to 5kg

Large, for cats weighing 5 to 8kg

: It is recommended to apply Profender™ (emodepside/praziquantel) every 3 months as part of a regular de-worming programme. See pack for more information.
: Profender™ requires no prescription. Available at local veterinary clinics, pet retailers or authorized online retailers.
: Applying Profender™ for cats is easy and convenient. Before applying Profender™, the cat must be at least eight weeks old and meet the minimum weight criteria. Please also check your cat’s weight to choose the appropriate worm treatment.
