1. Information on Elanco’s Advantage™ and Advocate™ $5 off product purchase discount promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions (together the Terms and Conditions).
2. The Promotion is run in participating veterinary clinics.
3. To participate in the Promotion, participants must purchase a full pack of:
   Advocate™
   • Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Cats and Kittens Less Than 4kg (3 pack)
   • Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Cats and Kittens Less Than 4kg (6 pack)
   • Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Cats Over 4kg (3 pack)
   • Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Cats Over 4kg (6 pack)
   • Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Dogs and Puppies Less Than 4kg (3 pack)
   • Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Dogs 4-10kg (3 pack)
   • Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Dogs 10-25kg (3 pack)
   • Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Dogs Over 25kg (3 pack)

   • Advantage™ Flea Treatment for Cats and Rabbits Over 4kg (6 pack)
   • Advantage™ Flea Treatment for Small Dogs and Puppies Less Than 4kg (4 pack)
   • Advantage™ Flea Treatment for Dogs 4-10kg (4 pack)
   • Advantage™ Flea Treatment for Dogs 10-25kg (4 pack)
   • Advantage™ Flea Treatment for Dogs Over 25kg (4 pack)
   • Advantage™ Flea Treatment for Dogs Over 25kg (6 pack)
   (Qualifying Product) from a participating veterinary clinic in New Zealand during the period as stated in the voucher (the Promotion Period), whilst stocks last.
4. For each Qualifying Product purchased during the Promotion Period, the participant will receive a $5 discount (Product Purchase Discount) at the time and place of purchase of the Qualifying Product, whilst stocks last.  
5. The Product Purchase Discount is not exchangeable, negotiable or redeemable for cash or other products. 
6. Purchases of any product other than a full pack of Advantage™ or Advocate™ will not qualify for this Promotion.
7. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor their agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential loss or damages) incurred by the participant or any other person as a result of or in connection with the Promotion.
