Elanco™ New Zealand Advocate™ Bonus Tube Gift with Purchase Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on Elanco’s Advocate™ gift with purchase of Advocate™ bonus tube(s) with a purchase of either an Advocate™ 3 pack or 6 pack promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions (together Terms and Conditions).
2. The Promotion is run in participating New Zealand veterinary clinics only and is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
3. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must purchase either a 3 pack or 6 pack of Advocate™ Flea and Worm Treatment for Cats or Dogs (Qualifying Product) from a participating veterinary clinic during the period of 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 (Promotion Period), whilst stocks last. Qualifying Products only include full packs. Single tubes are not eligible. Purchases of any products other than the Qualifying Products do not qualify for this Promotion.
4. Each purchase of a Qualifying Product during the Promotion Period qualifies for a gift with purchase redemption into the Promotion, whilst stocks last. Each 3 pack of Qualifying Product will receive 1 bonus Advocate™ tube and each 6 pack of Qualifying Product will receive 2 bonus Advocate™ tubes, of the same species (cat or dog) and weights purchased (Gift with Purchase). A separate redemption on the official Promotion redemption form must be completed for each purchase.
5. The Gift with Purchase can be redeemed by the Participant at www.mypetandi.elanco.com/nz/promotions/advocatebonustube. The Participant must complete all the required details including their first and last name, phone number, email address, physical address, Advocate™ pack purchased, number of Advocate™ packs purchased and proof of purchase, and submit the redemption online. Entries submitted online must be received by the Promoter by 11.59pm on Friday 15 January 2027.
6. The Gift with Purchase will be sent to the pet owner via redemption, during one of the following redemption periods:
a. 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2026 - Eligible Gift with Purchase redemptions will be sent by mail from late December 2026.
b. 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2026 - Eligible Gift with Purchase redemptions will be sent by mail from the end of January 2027/beginning of February 2027.
7. Data Protection:
a. The information submitted to the Promoter, and its subcontractors or agents, to claim the Gift with Purchase contains data that allows the Participant to be identified, including first and last name, phone number, email address and physical address (Personal Information). If a Participant declines to provide their Personal Information, they will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive the bonus tube(s).
b. The Promoter, its subcontractors, and agents, will process the Personal Information to administer the Gift with Purchase and to notify and send out the Gift with Purchase to the Participant. The Promoter will only pass the Personal Information to agents of the Promoter (including outside of New Zealand) in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice which is available at: Privacy Center (elanco.com) or www.privacy.elanco.com.
c. By participating in the Gift with Purchase and providing the Promoter with the Personal Information, a Participant consents to use of the Personal Information and being contacted regarding their Gift with Purchase.
8. The Gift with Purchase is only valid for this Promotion and is not exchangeable, negotiable or redeemable for cash by the Participant or any third party. However, if for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or amend the Gift with Purchase.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any redemptions which are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Promoter for any reason by the required date. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Participants and their redemptions. The Promoter's decision regarding the Promotion and the Gift with Purchase shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor their agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential loss or damages) incurred by the Participant or any other person or their animals as a result of or in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Gift with Purchase.
