Elanco™ BomaZeal™ Mobilize™ and Cat-Pep™ Product Purchase Discount Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on Elanco’s BomaZeal™ Mobilize™ and Cat-Pep™ product purchase discount promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed
acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions (together Terms and Conditions).
2. The Promotion is run in participating veterinary clinics in New Zealand only (Clinic).
3. To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must purchase a 100 or 300 pack of BomaZeal™ Mobilize™
or a 100 pack of BomaZeal™ Cat-Pep™ (Qualifying Products) from a Clinic during the promotion period window of 1 May 2025 to 31 December 2025, as set by the Clinic (Promotion Period), while stocks last.
4. For each Qualifying Product purchased from a Clinic during the Promotion Period, the participant will receive a 25% discount (Product Purchase Discount) at the time and place of purchase.
5. The Product Purchase Discount is only valid for Qualifying Products and is not exchangeable, negotiable
or redeemable for other products. The Product Purchase Discount cannot be used in conjunction with
any other offer.
6. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right
in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor their agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential loss or damages) incurred by
the participant or any other person or their animals as a result of or in connection with the Promotion.
