Elanco™ New Zealand Advocate™ 3 Pack $5 Off Product Purchase Discount Promotion - Terms And Conditions
1. Information on Elanco’s Advocate™ 3 pack product purchase discount promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions (together the Terms and Conditions).
2. The Promotion is run in participating veterinary clinics only and is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
3. To participate in the Promotion, participants must purchase an Advocate™ 3 pack (Qualifying Product) from a participating veterinary clinic in New Zealand during the period 3 March 2025 to 30 April 2025 (Promotion Period), whilst stocks last.
4. For each Qualifying Product purchased during the Promotion Period, the participant will receive a $5 discount (Product Purchase Discount) at the time and place of purchase of the Qualifying Product, whilst stocks last.
5. The Product Purchase Discount is only valid for this Promotion and is not exchangeable, negotiable or redeemable for other products. The Product Purchase Discount is also not available with any other offer.
6. Purchases of any product other than an Advocate™ 3 pack will not qualify for this Promotion.
7. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor their agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential loss or damages) incurred by the participant or any other person or their animals as a result of or in connection with the Promotion.
