TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Information on Elanco’s Seresto™ $15 off product purchase discount promotion (Promotion) forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions (together the Terms and Conditions).
- The Promotion is run in participating veterinary clinics only and is open to New Zealand residents aged
18 years or over. - To participate in the Promotion, participants must purchase a Seresto™ flea and tick collar (Qualifying Product) from a participating veterinary clinic in New Zealand during the period 2 September 2024 to
3 November 2024 (the Promotion Period), whilst stocks last. - For each Qualifying Product purchased during the Promotion Period, the participant will receive a $15 discount (Product Purchase Discount) at the time and place of purchase of the Qualifying Product, whilst stocks last.
- The Product Purchase Discount is only valid for this Promotion and is not exchangeable, negotiable or redeemable for other products.
- Purchases of any product other than a Seresto™ flea and tick collar will not qualify for this Promotion.
- If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor their agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential loss or damages) incurred by the participant or any other person or their animals as a result of or in connection with the Promotion.
- The Promoter is Elanco New Zealand, 106 Wiri Station Road, Manukau, Auckland 2104, New Zealand (company no. 7851116) (Promoter).
