1. The promoter is Elanco UK AH Ltd, Form 2, Bartley Way, Bartley Wood Business Park, Hook, RG27 9XA, United Kingdom (“Elanco”).
Competition
2. The title of competition is the ‘Ear Infections in Dogs Feedback Survey’ (“Competition”).
Personal Data Protection
3. Information you provide to Elanco for the Competition contains data which enables you to be identified, such as your name, address, email address(“Personal Data”). The use of Personal Data is governed by the Retained Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4. Elanco will only process your Personal Data for the purpose of this Competition. We will also only pass your Personal Data to appointed agents of Elanco who handle or process data (including outside the European Economic Area) on our behalf relating to the purpose. Elanco will not sell or disclose your Personal Data to any other third parties for any purpose and will delete your Personal Data upon completion of the Competition. 5. In order to conduct the Competition, we need your free consent to our use of your Personal Data. By entering the Competition you have freely consented to such use of your Personal Data by providing your contact details and giving explicit consent to be notified in case of winning.
6. Personal Data required for entry to the Competition will be collected via Jotform before the closing date
Entries and General
7. There is a limit of only one Amazon voucher prize draw entry per survey completion. Requests on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint requests are not allowed. The prize draw is freely open to residents of the UK over the age of 18 except: (a) employees of Elanco its holding or subsidiary companies, (b) employees of Elanco agents or suppliers professionally connected with the Competition or its administration and (c) immediate family members of anyone in (a) and (b) above. There is a limit of only one entry per person. The winner will be drawn from all qualifying entries received. Entries on behalf of another will not be accepted. All entrants must fill in the survey form.
8. The Amazon voucher prize will be delivered by email to the winner. If the prize winner is not contactable in this time, Elanco reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that person and award it to another entrant. Prizes are subject to availability and the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
10. The competition will run from 15th March 2025 ("Opening Date") to 30th September 2025 ("Closing Date").
11. Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm 30th September 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The winner will be randomly selected on the 1st October, or such later date as Elanco may determine (“Announcement Date”).
12. The entrant that is randomly selected as the winner, shall receive the “Prize”; a £50 Amazon voucher.
13. The Prize will be sent to the prize winners within 5-10 working days. Prize is subject to availability, the service provider’s terms and conditions, and Elanco’s absolute discretion.
14. Elanco reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject invalid entries and entries from any entrants believed to be breaching these terms and conditions.
15. Elanco will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed in transit regardless of cause. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
16. Elanco’s decisions in the Competition are final. No discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available, Elanco reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or lesser value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
18. Elanco may terminate the Competition at any time and reserves the right to withdraw, hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Competition or not award or to re-award a prize where it becomes necessary to do so, for example, in the event of insufficient prizes, inability to contact prize winner, in any circumstances outside its reasonable control, or otherwise, with no liability to entrants, prize winner or any third parties.
19. The prize winner is responsible for any tax liability they may incur.
20. Insofar as permitted by law Elanco, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accepts any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Elanco, its agents, or distributors or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
21. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge for entry to the Competition.
22. Elanco accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Competition, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize.
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
